Ed is Philadelphia Area Director of Expense Reduction Analysts.  Since 1992, ERA has helped thousands of organizations of all types and sizes find savings hidden in their non-core expense categories (“overhead”, such as office supplies, insurance, small-package freight, etc). No matter how much you have saved through your own cost-cutting efforts, we are still routinely able to find meaningful savings ON TOP of the savings our clients have found.

Prior to joining ERA, Ed spent more than 30 years as an Auditor, Controller, and CFO of residential and commercial construction and development companies. Most recently, he was CFO for Philomeno & Solamone Builders and Area Controller for K. Hovnanian Companies. He has experience as a Consultant in the non-profit sector and is currently an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Flanagan is a CPA with a B.S. in Accounting from Mt. Saint Mary’s College in Maryland and a M.B.A. in Finance from LaSalle University.
